1. First come first serve basis.

2. Only serious buyers; no BACKOUTS or EXCHANGE after invoice been sent to you. BACKOUT BUYERS will be BLACKLISTED. (Backout buyer ialah orang yang order, then diam terus tanpa berita).

3. It's ok to change your mind however. If you do not want to purchase the particular item, please do send us an email to cancel the order. You will not be blacklisted then.

4. Buying is at your own risk.

5. Items are 100% in new and good condition.

6. Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable. (Unless Rejected)

7. Colours in the pictures might be slightly different from the real products because of the monitor setting. Therefore we will state the actual colour of the products.

8. Shipping fee is FREE only for semenanjung Malaysia

9. We will be using skynet , Nationside, Airpak Express, poslaju. to deliver your purchase Shipping cost is FREE for semenanjung Malaysia
10. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as our shipping partner requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest there office and you will have to collect it yourself there. our shipping partner will never deliver to P.O.B address

11. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email or Whatsapp 0167253420 and notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.

12. Stock is ready to ship, witch stock we dispaly in our website www.borongtudung.my (not facebook) all are READY STOCK and READY TO SHIP

13. PRUDUCTS COULORS  we dispaly in web site are subject to change, becouse every time we make new stock for each design in new coulors, but design shown will be same.

14. International customers have to pay custom duty and other taxes according to their country lows.

15. All phots shawn in our website are only for refrence purpose, product may be slightly will be different than photo in product listing, (AGREE AND BUY)

 

 

RETURN POLICY

All products sold at www.borongtudung.my will have a 3 days return policy only if the product is damaged.

Must inform in 3 days by filling up this form. http://borongtudung.my/index.php?route=account/return/insert

Returned product must be in its original condition and not abused. Buyer must inform us at http://borongtudung.my/index.php?route=account/return/insert by fill up this form within 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product before returning the product.

 

www.borongtudung.my will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to www.borongtudung.my. address at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipment back to www.borongtudung.my, thus is advice to use insured registered shipping. Buyer must ship and return the product to www.borongtudung.my within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation.

 

 

SHIPPING TO SINGAPORE AND BRUNEI NOT FREE:

1. Shipping cost will charge: RM: 30.00 per per item.

2. We will ship your item by KTMD DELIVERY

3. Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days
